David Jones has an extensive background commencing his career with Internal Revenue Service as a Taxpayer Service Specialist in the Jacksonville, FL district. He obtained the status as a Lead Instructor and Training Manager for the Jacksonville, FL district during his tenure.

In addition to some television and radio spots, he conducted small business seminars for new businesses and public speaking engagements. After 8 years with the I.R.S., David became a licensed stockbroker at Stuart-James Investment Company in Jacksonville, FL, a position he held a little over a year before becoming an educator with the Baker County school system.

David spent 17 years as an educator and began building a financial services business part time in 2003. He left teaching to pursue the financial services industry full time in 2006. In 2009, David managed a Jackson Hewwitt tax preparation office in Fleming Island, FL and All American Professional Services in 2010. After managing All American Professional Services, a tax preparation, accounting, and payroll firm in 2010, he purchased this franchise and renamed it D Jones Professional Services.
